Whether for commercial purposes or not, each customer, visitor, or representative agrees not to use Rocqueyashi.com services or copy web site pages to send unsolicited email and/or bulk email. Rocqueyashi.com will use discretion, and reserves the right to determine in what constitutes actionable spam and what actions will be necessary in response to spam activities.
Communication and Agreement : The RocqueYashi.com Privacy Policy states how and for what reason a person or/and business can collect visitor addresses. Customers and representatives of RocqueYashi.com will follow the RocqueYashi.com Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy.

Customers, site visitors, and/or representatives of RocqueYashi.com cannot use an email list relating to particular subject matter and/or use it for an unrelated subject and/or topic.
Spam laws are different from state to state and from country to country. RocqueYahi.com Anti-Spam Policy is designed to conform to the commercially reasonable standards. Bring about, and without limiting the general prohibitions against all spam activities, the following are expressly prohibited :< /p>

A customer, visitor, and/or representative are probable involved in a spam if she/he is participating in one of the following actions:
1. You have sent email response to non-specific addresses, such as info@domain.net, sales@domain.org, or management@domain.com.
2. You have imported for use a purchased list of any type.
3. You can not tell the transmission path information or originating address.
4. You have requested you address to be deleted for a mailing list and you are still receiving mail or/and e -mail.
5. You are continually mailing or/and e-mailing when a request has been made to be deleted from a mailing list.
6. You are/have deliberately falsified your transmission path information or originating address.
7. You are falsely representing e-mail address or domain name of RocqueYashi.com or/and sending bulk email containing sexually-oriented material of any kind.
8. You used a third party’s email address or domain name without the party’s consent.
9. E-mail you received does not provide a fully functioning link to unsubscribe.
10. Your email not provide a fully functioning link to unsubscribe.
11. You have sent e-mail to mailing lists or distribution lists, which then send indirectly to various other e-mail addresses.
12. You are sending bulk e-mail, mailing, or/and a e-mail containing sexually explicit materials and falsely representing or/and representing e-mail address or domain name of RocqueYashi.com.

RocqueYashi.com will not be tolerated any spam activities do not fall within uses authorized by RocqueYashi.com.
This is a warns all of RocqueYashi.com customers, independent representatives, and visitors. If they participate in spamming activities you will be subject to the loss of RocqueYashi.com services. Spam activities may result to a possible fines and legal action.
If RocqueYashi.com finds spam activities by any customers, independent representatives, and visitors, he/she activities are not serious, RocqueYashi.com will issue a warning, and will take action immediately. If RocqueYashi.com has any reason to believe that any customers, independent representatives, and visitors, despite warning, threatens to, or is continuing to send spam; RocqueYashi.com may take action immediately by reporting customers, independent representatives, and visitors and the incident to the proper authorities.
RocqueYashi.com will not take any action based on anonymous complaints. RocqueYashi.com will support various organizations and the proper authorities that work to responsibly eliminate spam activities. If you feel you received spam from/through RocqueYashi.com website, you may send a complaint with the unsolicited email, completed header, to relocate@rocqueyashi.com. For investigation reasons, please send RocqueYashi.com any other information that you fee will help.
RocqueYashi.com will report to and support the proper authorities if there is any false or malicious filing of a spam complaint against RocqueYashi.com , RocqueYashi.com customers, or/and independent representatives of RocqueYashi.com .
If an individual has opted-in to receive email from a customer or Independent Representative of RocqueYashi.com, and then RocqueYashi.com will cooperate with the appropriate agencies to ban the complainant from use of anti-spam software and the Internet community.
